The City of Bellville offers an attractive benefits package that includes the following:
- Fourteen (14) paid holidays per year
- 96 Hours of Sick Leave per year on an accrual
- Accrual of five (5) days for first year paid vacation, ten (10) days for the second year paid vacation, fifteen (15) days in the eighth year paid vacation
- City's contribution for Health is 90% employee and 75% dependents with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.
- Vision and Dental is voluntary
- Participation in the Texas Municipal Retirement System; the employee will be vested after five years and will have their 5% annualized contribution matched on a 2:1 basis
